My PC has an Intel 82578DC Gigabit Network adapter. These are some of the fixes I've tried to no avail: -Downloading (via my laptop) and installing the latest network adapter drivers from Gateway. -Troubleshooting the problem via Windows. -Resetting my modem (many times) -Hard wiring the PC directly to the modem.
