01/14: request Teksavvy to install dry loop on the second pair of the telephone line 01/22: dry loop installed, but DSL-on-dry-loop doesn't work. Start to pay Teksavvy for DSL-on-dry-loop. 01/23: Teksavvy concluded it's Bell's problem and send work order to Bell 01/24: Bell fixed a defective port, DSL-on-dry-loop starts to work. And Teksavvy, like other independent cable ISPs, uses Rogers' infrastructure. It's Rogers technicians (or contractors) that show up whether it's for TV or Internet (I'm almost 100% sure Teksavvy don't have their own technicians, based on what I've read in the Teksavvy forum over at Dslreports).
